In addition to being listed on the MLS, your property will also be listed on realtor.com and, as a result, it will be found on many other sites/search engines such as America Online, msn.com, moving.com, compuserve, The Miami Herald, just to name a few.
We will post photos (supplied by you) of your property on both the MLS and realtor.com as well as a detailed, professionally-scripted description of your property all of which, statistics show, produce a much greater number of calls than those listings which have neither.
All realtor showings from the MLS will go directly to you - you control the showings; however, if you do not live in town or will be away for a while, we will be happy to provide showing instructions for you - just let us know. We will provide a professional "For Sale" sign for your front yard (unless you prefer not to have a sign or your community does not allow it) and a rider with your phone number printed on it so that any "buyer" calls from the sign will also go directly to you.
